This letter to Larry -- anyone know who Larry is??


Dear Larry,

In light of the cartoon published by the Campus Recorder on Wednesday, I would like to request an investigation from your Department into whether or not state funds and property may have been used in the the publication of a cartoon that aludes to the pedophilia, acts of excression, kidnapping of a minor, and hate speech, which individually and collectively may be illegal in nature. In other words, I would like for your office to assess whether state funds may have been used to engage in illegal activities by Mr. Mark Rowan and members of his editorial board. If so, what steps can be taken about it.
